Refunds & Returns
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order. Our team ensures that all items are inspected for defects prior to shipping, this is to ensure you receive the best experience with your order. If the product you received is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days upon receipt of your items together with a photo of the incorrect item in order for us to better understand the issue.
Refunds will be given if the product is faulty or wrongly described.
If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within 30 days of purchase and we will happily give a store credit to the original purchase price of that product provided that it is in unused original condition and the product is re-saleable. Items can be returned by POST.
Please also do note that all sales are final when you make your purchase and that we do not accept returns and exchanges. This is to ensure that all items our customers receive are brand new, especially due to the hygiene concerns given the COVID-19 situation.
